Stride Rite has a clearance on some of their shoes, online and in-store. It seems they are styles they are discontinuing. Prices that I saw were $19.95-$29.99

Old Navy currently has 75% off winter clearance items. And I was told by someone else that some items are an additional 50% off, at register. I would imagine those items are not already marked 75% off ;) The in-store selection in most cases, is much better than the online selection.

Children's Place

In-store savings of an additional 50% taken at the register on Monster Sale items.

I picked up graphic shirts for $2.99, sneakers for $6, socks for 49 cents, polo shirts for $3.49.
